WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Hotel Maverick is dog-friendly. You may have up to two dogs per guest room. A one-time non-refundable fee of $75 per dog will be charged to your room upon check-in.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 48 hours before 3PM on the day of arrival. Cancellations within the 48-hour cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 48-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.
Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?
A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure the validity, however no deposit will be taken with the exception of an Advanced Purchase Rate. In this case, the entire amount would be charged and is non-refundable.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?
Hotel Maverick offers self-parking available to guests and is included in the amenity fee.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?
Yes, Hotel Maverick has a small fitness center on site. Additionally, through our partnership with Colorado Mesa University we are able to offer our guests complimentary access to the University’s Recreation Center. The Front Desk can provide guests with directions to the Hamilton Recreation Center.

WHAT IS THE AMENITY FEE AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
The amenity fee is $10 per room per night and includes parking, use of Cruiser Bikes, lavender infused fudge welcome amenity, access to the Hamilton Recreation Center, secured bike storage, bike wash station, and drip coffee at Betty’s.
