A Message from Hotel Maverick

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

The following services will be unavailable until further notice to reduce guest interaction:

  • Outdoor heated spa access
  • Daily Housekeeping service (unless specifically requested, at which time the guest must not be present in the room)


  • Lobby doors will be left open from 9am - 10pm to reduce contact points.
  • To ensure social distancing, floor markers have been installed in front of the desk with 6' distance between each.
  • All Associates will be wearing face masks for the protection of our guests and staff.

Registration Desk

  • Counter tops will be wiped after each guest interaction.
  • Staff is sanitizing check in items (i.e. room keycard, pens) to prevent contact from staff and previous guests.

Lobby & Corridors

  • Will remain open 24 hours per day.  Staff will be cleaning and sanitizing in these areas with regular frequency.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the public areas.
  • Elevators will be restricted to one party at a time.

Guest Room

  • Guest rooms will be deep cleaned prior to check-in.
  • Personal use hand sanitizer will be placed as an amenity in each guest room.
  • Daily room cleaning will be temporarily suspended, but guests will be provided self-cleaning and sanitization items at the front desk upon request.

Food & Beverage (Complimentary)

  • Complimentary Food & Beverage services will be suspended until further notice.

Food & Beverage (Restaurants & Outlets)

  • Devil’s Kitchen will be open for lunch and dinner at 50% capacity, following social distancing requirements.
  • Betty’s Gourmet Coffee will be open for breakfast and lunch at 50% capacity and following social distancing requirements.
  • Every other table within the restaurants will be marked as unavailable for use to facilitate distancing of guests.
  • Devil’s Kitchen and Betty’s Gourmet Coffee will have takeaway options for both food and beverage should guests wish to dine outside or in their guest rooms.


  • Guest check out will be available by phone or text message and receipts will be emailed to reduce congestion at the registration desk and limit points of contact.

  • For a full refund, please cancel 48 hours before arrival date.*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
